Pol has served as a creative director, front-end developer, designer, motion graphic video producer and educator. For Palladium, a $500M international corporation, Pol provided creative direction, design and development of print, web applications, and motion graphic video. These products were used by governments in developing countries to improve the lives of their citizens.

At Boston University, Center for Digital Imaging Arts, Pol served as the Director for the Graphic & Web Program where he designed curriculum, hired and coached instructors, and taught graphic design and responsive UI web development. For both The New York Code + Design Academy and Montgomery College in Maryland, Pol also teaches front-end web development.
